With fewer limitations than a typical billing system work order, TicketView is a dashboard-based ticketing and escalation system that is independent of but integrated with any billing system. Used for escalated customer or plant maintenance situations, TicketView does not have to be associated with a physical address or customer account and integrates with TechView for field usage.
