PEAKVIEW SOLUTIONS WELCOMES BLUE STREAM BROADBAND AS ITS NEWEST CUSTOMER
PeakView Solutions is pleased to welcome Blue Stream Broadband as its newest customer.
Blue Stream is a video, broadband and phone provider based in Coral Springs, FL with operations on both the east and west coasts of Florida. Blue Stream is an innovative provider of services to its residential and business customers, with a full line of advanced and fiber broadband services.
Blue Stream has licensed PeakView’s WorkForce Pro mobile workforce suite, including TechView, DispatchView, and ReportView. In addition, Blue Stream has launched PeakView’s internal ticketing application TicketView and several CRM services, including post install surveys, pre/post installation reminder calls and Pay-by-Phone services.
