PeakView Solutions was founded by Manny Miera. After many years of working for cable television operators, he observed that most software provided by legacy software companies was expensive, high maintenance and often didn’t deliver what it promised. He was determined to create software that delivered innovative, low maintenance, flexible software that made employee work experience easier and customer fulfillment better.
So, in 2006, Manny founded PeakView Solutions with his own funds and ideas to help the cable industry manage their workforce productivity and bring better results.
Manny realized the key to better software was to integrate with the dominant legacy software platform: the billing system. PeakView Solutions became an expert integration software developer with billing systems, and other third-party legacy platforms like workforce management, GPS, network diagnostics, ticketing systems, and IVR.
In 2022, Manny and the PeakView team began hearing from compressor distributors that they also were looking for customized software solutions to manage their businesses throughout the entire relationship lifecycle – from engagement to fulfillment to service maintenance and beyond – so they got to work and created specific solutions for the compressor industries as well. PeakView has now developed more than a dozen unique and cutting-edge software platforms for cable, compressor, and mobile workforce management businesses.
Since its founding, PeakView has grown from 3 to 30 employees who work in support, IT, and development, working remotely across 4 time zones to best help our customers.
Headquartered along the I-25 corridor in beautiful Monument CO, we can see the summit of Pikes Peak from our office, inspiring not only our company name but the level of service we seek to provide our valued clients.
